Rahab did not grow up learning about God and His commandments, but came to believe in Him later in life.  She gave up prostitution, became a wife and mother, and followed the God of Israel. 

A leader needs to be a life-long learner. One practice that is invaluable to a leader and builds a reservoir of priceless information is asking questions.
