Summary: | This position provides oversight and coordination of the distribution and dispatching of incoming, outgoing and department mail, as well as handling the billing for related matters. |

Qualifications | To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience:High School diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid CA driver’s license is required with a clean driving record. Language Skills: English Required. Possess excellent verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and articulate the programs and objectives of the institution; Ability to read and write reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals; Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, constituents, and the general public. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral form. Computer Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word software. Other Skills and Abilities: Read and understand weights and American currency. Must have a valid California driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and a vehicle to make daily trips to/from the United States Post Office.
