Each of Gateway’s six campuses offers a unique culture and exciting ministry opportunities in some of the fastest-growing, most vibrant urban areas in the Western United States. As a seminary for the 21st century, Gateway’s campuses embody a new type of higher education where students are active and involved members of the communities where they minister.
Ontario Campus Badge System
Who needs an ID badge?
All students who study at the Ontario campus must have a badge. In addition, all faculty and staff will have an ID badge. Guests can check in with the lobby attendant to receive a guest badge for their visit, which must be returned that day.
How do students obtain a badge?
Go to the Student Services office on the 1st floor of the Ontario campus during normal business hours (8 a.m.-5 p.m.) or by appointment for a photo and to receive the badge. The process takes less than ten minutes. New students can obtain their badge at New Student Orientation or other times as determined by Student Services staff.
What happens when a student forgets their badge?
The lobby attendant can assist students by providing a day badge to access the building. Students must provide their name and student ID number.
What happens if a student loses their badge?
Student Services can print a replacement badge. The cost for a reprint is $10. Payment can be made at the Finance Office on the 3rd floor of the Ontario Campus.
Does the badge open doors or elevators?
No, the badge is for identification purposes only.
Will PhD, DMin, ThM and evening/weekend students be able to get an ID?
Yes, the Student Services office will provide special hours or arrange appointment to accommodate all students unable to obtain a badge during regular business hours.
