Our Staff

Dr. Melick began teaching at Gateway Seminary in 1998 and became trustee-elected faculty in 2001. Her teaching focus is facilitating the development of skills for Christian educational leadership. She believes in the importance of teaching God's Word for life transformation.

Dr. Melick has served the Lord through positions in Christian School Administration, Church Christian Education, and college and graduate school teaching. She is a published author, frequent conference speaker, and consultant. Her life goal is "to know Christ and to make Him known."
