Overview of Next Generation Minister

Next Generation Minister, Trinity Baptist Church in Cordova, TN (a suburb of Memphis) recently celebrated its 30th anniversary and is affiliated with the Mid-South Baptist Association, the Tennessee Baptist Convention and the Southern Baptist Convention.  Our members are young and old, rich and poor, from the city and suburbs. Trinity is a diverse, loving community of faith - recognized for its emphasis on local and global missions. Trinity is seeking someone with excellent relationship skills - with a proven track record of creative outreach to diverse communities and the ability to strengthen our ministry to children, students and young families. Our Next Generation Minister will be a part of a healthy work environment - with a team approach to vision and ministry. This minister will work closely with very dedicated ministry volunteers.

Trinity is uniquely situated in the rapidly growing and diverse community. As our neighborhood changes, we are changing with it. This has given us so many opportunities to serve and reach out to our vicinity with the love of Jesus Christ. Whether through serving in our local schools, providing English as a Second Language (ESL) classes, or community events hosted on our property, we look forward to how God will use us to impact Cordova and beyond.
