Minister to Youth and Community Outreach

This position is ideal for one who enjoys working with youth and adults because you will serve both segments of the church. You will be responsible to organize and lead an effective ministry to middle and high school students that guides them to worship, spiritually grow, and to be engaged in service and mission. This position will also organize and oversee ministry to adults in fulfilling two aspects of the church’s discipleship pathway. First, is leading adult members to engage with the unchurched locally and globally. Second, is coordinating a process to shepherd adults into meaningful roles of service to build the church and to touch the local community.
