We are searching for an International Regional Director who will provide vision and leadership to our Operation Christmas Child teams in BBCE (Baltics, Balkans, Central Europe). This position will be located at our head quarters in Boone, North Carolina. As the International Regional Director, you will be given the opportunity to strategically serve and train National Leadership Teams to evangelize and disciple children through the ministry of Operation Christmas Child. Partnering with local churches and believers, the International Regional Director will guide the vision and lead a team to recruit, select, train, equip volunteer teams and mentor them to target the unreached and unengaged people of their country with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
