The role of the Director of Groups at Pinelake Church is to oversee and execute the assimilation process of the church. This person will ensure that people get connected to the church and other believers and grow in their relationship with Christ. They will create human systems that encourage people to continuously take the next steps in their walk with God. This will require a firm grasp of the beliefs, values, and mission of Pinelake Church.
