Job Board

Responsible for the day-to-day care, guidance, and training of the residents assigned to the cottage, all in keeping with the program policies and procedures manual. Houseparents handle many of the daily tasks you might take care of in your home, from meal prep and laundry to transportation and housework to homework. They also provide social and emotional support, teaching core values and life skills. Houseparents must encourage spiritual growth through daily devotions, prayer, and regular church attendance.
