Bi-Vocational Senior Pastor

We are looking for a bi-vocational pastor who:
- is at least a graduate of Bible College
-has at least 3-5 years prior pastoral experience
-is 30-50 years of age
-is a gifted teacher
-is an effective communicator
-is a skilled counselor who can assist with personal and Spiritual problems
-is trustworthy
Duties:
-Deliver weekly engaging, spirit-filled sermons that align with our doctrinal

-lead weekly prayer meeting/Bible Study
-Officiate at communion and baptisms.
-Provide counseling and pastoral care in time of need.
-Visit shut-ins.
-Focus on growing the church membership.
Description of Church and Area:
-We currently have a church size of under 30 people with room to grow.
-Kila is a small town about 10 miles from Kalispell, MT. Kalispell has all the
needed amenities.
-Kila's population is approx. 440, with many of them spread out in the
surrounding countryside.
-There are many outdoor activities, ski areas, and Glacier National Park.
