Role:

The Next Gen Director will give leadership, vision, direction and oversight to ministries from birth through High School. Specifically, this includes KidsPoint (including nursery) and Credo Student Ministry.

Description of Responsibilities:

Kid’s Ministry Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership, oversight of all of Gracepoint’s Kid’s Ministry.
Recruit, vet, train and schedule volunteers for our 2 weekly Kidspoint services (9:00am & 10:45am)
Organize, plan and distribute weekly Kidspoint Curriculum to the leaders and teachers
Work with the Kidspoint leadership team to build a strong culture and ministry plan for our Kid’s ministry
Plan Family events that help build community and connection among the families (2-4 per year)

Student Ministry Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and oversight of all of Gracepoint’s Student Ministry.
Plan and execute Wednesday evening Credo gatherings
Work alongside of the Credo leaders to develop and deploy each of them as disciple-makers and ministry leaders
Design a plan for parent communications and connections
Develop and lead forward an annual Student ministry plan with a focus on outreach, discipleship, development, fellowship. This includes, but is not limited to, Wednesday night program, Bible studies, Mission trips (local and international), outreach strategies, camps, retreats, fellowships and relationship building.

Gracepoint is a growing body of believers who engage our city with the gospel regularly. By God's grace, we are seeing people come to Christ regularly, and work hard to disciple them well.
