First Baptist Church Westcliffe, Colorado, is seeking a fulltime associate pastor. The Associate Pastor will be responsible for assisting the Senior Pastor with the ministerial and spiritual needs of the church. These responsibilities will include but are not limited to, the area of bible study, discipleship, evangelism, worship, missions and fellowship. Other areas of service and leadership to be determined by the minister’s gifts and calling.
