General Description:
The Worship and Media Minister is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the music & worship programs within the church, including sound and all media. This is accomplished through the areas of Corporate Worship, Visual Media, Recruiting & Developing, leading Ministry Teams and performing Ministerial Duties.
Qualifications:
The Worship and Media Minister must meet the qualifications of 1Timothy 3:1-7 & Titus 1:6-9.
The Worship and Media Minister must demonstrate a clear call to vocational ministry.
The Worship and Media Minister is preferred to have earned a master’s degree or higher in Biblical Studies or ministry related field. Candidates near completion will be considered.
The Worship and Media Minister must have sufficient ministry experience.
The Worship and Media Minister must be in full agreement with our statement of faith (The Baptist Faith and Message 2000).
