Fulltime Youth Director or Youth Pastor to lead youth group, including preparation of Bible study materials and lessons, leading weekly Bible Study meeting/fellowship, organizing small groups, discipleship. Must also preach at least once per month to English Ministry congregation and attend weekly pastoral meeting.
Requirements: seminary graduate or training; recommendation from previous church preferred; familiar with Chinese culture and American culture, and the differences between these mentalities.
