Dynamic Church Planting International (DCPI) is seeking a Partnership Development Manager to build and maintain strategic partnerships with churches, denominations, and organizations around the world. For DCPI, the most effective tool in accelerating growth is connecting with church planting movement leaders, and equipping all of the church planters within their networks. This individual will work to win over leaders of denominations and church planting movements and communicate all that DCPI has to offer them, then help develop them into growing movements, as we accelerate toward the 5 Million Church Vision together.

DCPI is a non-profit (501c3) organization based in Oceanside, California with partners and staff working throughout the world. We train Christian leaders on every inhabited continent of the world to plant churches in their communities, in their languages. Because we primarily focus on supporting national leaders, we have seen God bring His Church to communities we could never reach in languages we could never speak. He has given us a vision to plant FIVE MILLION churches worldwide. We currently have over 500,000 leaders trained, who have planted over a million churches worldwide! Responsibilities:
- Work with the Director of Partnership Development to identify a list of organizations, churches, denominations, and/or movements with which DCPI would like to partner.
- With Director of Partnership Development, manage DCPI Partnerships Team
- Build and maintain relationships with churches, denominational leaders, church planting movement leaders, and organizations, so that they choose to use DCPI as their church planting training.
- Represent DCPI at conferences, events, meetings and other networking opportunities
- Help engineer an automated sales system for individual church planters who need a low-touch experience with DCPI
- Help engineer a high-touch sales experience that converts our Largest Prospective Partners
- Utilize and make improvements upon DCPI’s CRM, so that prospective partners move through Partnership Pipeline effectively
- Work closely with DCPI’s Product Development team to ensure that DCPI’s materials system and training tracks meet the needs of church planters and movement leaders
- Collaborate with DCPI Brand/Marketing team to ensure that the Partnerships team has what they need to communicate well with church planting leaders
- Conduct regular check-ins with partners to ensure satisfaction and to identify areas for improvement
- Travel, as needed, to connect with local and global partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Natural strengths in Woo, Communication, Positivity, Developer, and Includer
Knowledge of and experience working in a faith-based organization or environment is preferred
