Dynamic Church Planting International (DCPI) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Administrative Assistant. The Marketing Administrative Assistant will support the marketing team in executing various marketing initiatives, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations within the department to help achieve DCPI’s mission of planting five million churches worldwide.
About DCPI
DCPI is a non-profit (501c3) organization based in Oceanside, California with partners and staff working throughout the world. We train Christian leaders on every inhabited continent of the world to plant churches in their communities, in their languages. Because we primarily focus on supporting national leaders, we have seen God bring His Church to communities we could never reach in languages we could never speak. He has given us a vision to plant FIVE MILLION churches worldwide. We currently have over 500,000 leaders trained, who have planted over a million churches worldwide! Skills Needed
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a marketing or communications department.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and marketing tools (e.g., Canva).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Passion for the mission and values of a Christian worldwide training organization.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Assist the marketing team with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and edit marketing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain marketing files and records, both physical and digital.
Content and Campaign Support:
- Help create, proofread, and distribute marketing materials, such as newsletters, emails, social media posts, and brochures.
- Assist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns and events.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using various analytics tools.
Digital Marketing Assistance:
- Support the management of DCPI’s social media accounts, including content scheduling and community engagement.
- Assist with updating and maintaining the organization’s website and blog.
- Help create and edit visual content using tools like Canva.
Project Coordination:
- Coordinate marketing projects and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing initiatives.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to the marketing team.
Event and Promotion Support:
- Assist in planning and promoting DCPI events, workshops, and conferences.
Manage logistics for marketing events, including venue selection, catering, and travel arrangements.
- Help develop promotional materials and campaigns to drive event attendance and engagement.
Technical Duties:
- Utilize marketing tools and software to manage and track campaigns.
- Provide technical support for marketing-related tools and systems.
- Stay informed about emerging marketing technologies and best practices.
