Dynamic Church Planting International (DCPI) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Partnership Account Manager to play a critical role in managing and nurturing a caseload of DCPI’s specific partner relationships, ensuring their ongoing engagement with DCPI curriculum and support in building a church planting movement. This role involves developing strategies to maintain and grow both new and established partnerships, coordinating partnership activities, and supporting the overall mission of DCPI.

DCPI is a non-profit (501c3) organization based in Oceanside, California with partners and staff working throughout the world. We train Christian leaders on every inhabited continent of the world to plant churches in their communities, in their languages. Because we primarily focus on supporting national leaders, we have seen God bring His Church to communities we could never reach in languages we could never speak. He has given us a vision to plant FIVE MILLION churches worldwide. We currently have over 500,000 leaders trained, who have planted over a million churches worldwide! Skills Needed

- Proven experience in sales, account management, partnership development, or donor relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to create compelling presentations and reports to engage and inform new partners.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the mission and values of a Christian worldwide training organization.

Responsibilities

Account Management:

- Manage and nurture relationships with key partners and donors to ensure their ongoing engagement and support.
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain and grow these relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Prepare and present regular updates, reports, and communications to keep partners informed and engaged.

Partnership Development:

- Identify opportunities to deepen existing partnerships and secure new ones.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute partnership initiatives and activities.
- Create and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential partners.
- Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and other activities to engage partners.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partners.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve partnership strategies and initiatives.

Communication and Outreach:

- Represent DCPI at various events, conferences, and meetings to promote the organization and its mission.
- Develop and maintain communication materials, including newsletters, brochures, and social media content, to support partnership and donor engagement efforts.

Technical Duties:

- Utilize CRM systems and other tools to track and manage partnership activities and information.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in partnership development and donor relations.
