Dynamic Church Planting International (DCPI) is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Associate for a part-time role in helping us create and send monthly communications from our Central (headquarters) to our trainees, trainers, world zone leaders, and donors, respectively. The Email Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to engage and grow our donor base, resource our volunteer trainers, inform our World Zone Leaders, and promote our mission and initiatives with our trainees. This role involves creating compelling email content, working with our design team to ensure emails meet DCPI brand standards, analyzing campaign performance, and implementing best practices to optimize results.

We train Christian leaders on every inhabited continent of the world to plant churches in their communities, in their languages. Because we primarily focus on supporting national leaders, we have seen God bring His Church to communities we could never reach in languages we could never speak. Skills Needed
- Experience in email marketing, preferably within a non-profit organization.
- Proficiency working with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, SendinBlue).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with an ability to craft compelling messages.
- Familiarity with photography is a plus.
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and deliverability.
- Analytical skills to interpret email campaign performance data and optimize results.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email design is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the mission and values of a Christian worldwide training organization.
Responsibilities
- Create compelling and visually appealing email content, including newsletters, fundraising appeals, organizational communications, and event promotions.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and grow and deepen engagement with our donor base, to communicate organizational details to world zone leaders, to inform our trainers of our latest product releases, and to share stories with our trainees around the world.
- Manage email campaign calendars and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and consistent communication.
- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and other key metrics.
- Ensure all email marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop graphics for use in emails.
- Collaborate with Storytelling team to get pictures and stories for email content.
- Write and edit email copy that is engaging, persuasive, and tailored to different audience segments.
- Build a library of email templates that are responsive and visually appealing that can be used for Headquarters or shared with World Zone marketing teams.
- Research industry trends and best practices in email marketing to continuously improve DCPI’s email marketing efforts.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to email marketing and implement solutions as needed.
- Work with our Systems & Engineering team to segment email lists based on donor behavior, preferences, and demographics to deliver targeted and personalized messages.
- Write and deliver content to Systems & Engineering teams for Email Automations.
- Utilize email marketing platforms and other tools to create, schedule, and send email campaigns.
