Dynamic Church Planting International (DCPI) is looking for a full-time, high-capacity volunteer or support-raised VP of Partner Development. The VP of Partner Development is a leader committed to forming new partnerships with other organizations and maintaining good relationships with existing partners, so that we can expand training throughout the world toward the 5 Million Church Vision. The VP of Partner Development will have a passion for relationship-building and resourcing, so that we can build into our partners and accelerate their success in church planting.
About DCPI
DCPI is a non-profit (501c3) organization based in Oceanside, California with partners and staff working throughout the world. We train Christian leaders on every inhabited continent of the world to plant churches in their communities, in their languages. Because we primarily focus on supporting national leaders, we have seen God bring His Church to communities we could never reach in languages we could never speak. He has given us a vision to plant FIVE MILLION churches worldwide. We currently have over 500,000 leaders trained, who have planted over a million churches worldwide! Responsibilities:
- Engineer and oversee the partnerships process used at DCPI, so that it is maximally effective at seeking and establishing partnerships.
- Work to identify a list of 100 organizations, denominations, movements, churches, people, and countries with which DCPI would like to partner and work to secure at least 20 new partnerships per year.
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain good relationships with our list of current partners and coach them through the DCPI System.
- Support DCPI World Zone Leaders in developing lists of current partners and maintaining good relationships with each of them.
- Leverage technology to track interactions and opportunities that lead to “closing” more new partners.
- Build and oversee the partnerships team, deploying them in pursuing and maintaining a partnerships caseload of at least 20 partners each.
- Plan national and international trips to recruit and maintain partnerships.
- Train local and global DCPI leaders/staff in partnership development.
