Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the children’s ministry from birth to 6th grade and its ministry team.
- Act as administrator of existing Sunday morning and Friday night programs.
- Evangelize by sharing the love of Jesus with the children of our church and community.
- Cultivate an environment where children can grow in their faith
- Develop programs to equip parents to disciple their children.
- Manage the ministry budget so it effectively and wisely utilizes church resources and maximizes ministry opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Born-again Christian, called by God to serve in full-time ministry
- Bachelor’s degree in children/family ministries or similar.
- Experience in teaching or leading children's ministry.
- Subscribes to the Southern Baptist faith and message.
