General Responsibilities

• Takes lead on coordinating summer ministry including
o finding and scheduling locations for 5-Day Clubs
o helping recruit church partners for each location
o providing advertising template for church partners
o securing insurance for each location
o securing volunteer drivers and chaperones for each team
o making sure each volunteer is properly vetted and instructed in child protection
o verifying valid drivers license, insurance and vehicle registration
o scheduling CYIA teams for 5-DCs during the summer and scheduling drivers/chaperones for each team
o driving/chaperoning, if no one else is available at last minute

• Work closely with team to be sure quality curriculum is prepared and distributed in a timely manner.

• Work closely with team to make and implement marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis to raise awareness of CEF chapter wide; the goal would be to get individuals and churches involved in reaching children for Christ in various venues. This would include
o social media research and consistent postings
o researching and regular posting to media venues that offer free advertising throughout the chapter

• Other duties as needed to support the overall mission of this chapter.
Requirements

• Must be a person of prayer who depends on the Holy Spirit to guide as you help move the ministry forward.

• Must be a self-starter, possess a good attitude, able to work without supervision and work with excellence.

• Must be proficient with various forms of technology, having a good working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, etc.); easily navigate the internet to research and email; have a good working knowledge of social media platforms.

• Must be a people person able to easily network with others.

• Other duties as needed to support the overall mission of this chapter.
