Lead Pastor - Job Announcement

Central Community Christian Fellowship in Riverside, California is now seeking a Lead Pastor to serve, teach, and guide a faithful congregation that humbly serves its community and glorifies God. For more than three decades, we have been blessed to have our Lead Pastor fervently and faithfully shepherd our congregation. However, as seasons of life will have it, he is retiring after 36 years of dedicated service. The time has come to pass the torch.

The pulpit is now open for a new leader of our church, which is deeply rooted in values, faith, love, and service. We are prayerfully and actively seeking a Lead Pastor who will keep the torch burning and continue to advance the Word of God and edify the body of Jesus Christ, who is “the head of the body, the church” (Colossians 1:18).

The following are some of the key qualifications we are seeking for our Lead Pastor:

❖ Licensed / Ordained Minister, preferred; students encouraged to apply
❖ Possess a 4-year degree in an appropriate discipline
❖ Minimum of 3 years ministry experience, preferred
❖ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
❖ Passion for community service
