Cedar Hills Community Church is prayerfully seeking a bi-vocational pastor for a salary package of $25,000. The package can be negotiated as to the breakdown between categories (i.e., housing allowance, cell phone, retirement, expense account, etc).
Cedar Hills is a rural area in NW Arizona's high desert region approximately 20 minutes east of Kingman, where shopping and housing are available. Cedar Hills is a mixed area of younger families with children and older, and retired adults. Most properties are on ten or more acres and there are approximately 700 households in the area.
Currently, we are a small (15-30) congregation of mostly seniors but are debt free with a 2200 sf church comprised of a sanctuary, office, and fellowship hall. We also have a 1972 mobile office trailer divided into a pastor's office and small classroom. Both are located on 8 acres of land. We are affiliated with the River Valley Mission Network and the Arizona Southern Baptist Convention.

We operate an after-school JOY program once a week during the school year with an average of 25 children and have an excellent relationship with the local school. We also provide a 3-day VBS in June that has an average of 14 students from K thru 8th grade. Our Sunday service begins at 10:15 with a small, but enthusiastic worship team and generally concludes by noon.

We are a church in transition and looking for a strong shepherd called by God that can faithfully preach and teach the Word of God. We are looking for a pastor who is enthusiastic about leading us spiritually and administratively and positively impacting our small community.
