Arlington Baptist Church of Arlington, Georgia is currently seeking to fill the position of a full time Senior Pastor. Centrally located approximately one hour from the cities of Columbus, GA, Albany, GA, Dothan, AL, and Tallahassee, FL. ABC is part of a rural farming community that connects to four other counties nearby. Averaging 80 - 100 people for a blended style service with a traditional foundation.

Led by the power of the Holy Spirit, our pastoral search team seeks to find the man who will continue the drive for Arlington Baptist Church to be recognized as a congregation that is centered on the Lord Jesus, focused on His Kingdom, and follows to the Living Word of God for its growth and replication.
Arlington Baptist Church is a member of the Bethel Baptist Association.
Basic Requirements of the man we are seeking:
• Care for people and lead church members to care for others in the church and community.
• Loving commitment to the proper teaching of the Scriptures and the discipling of people.
• A grace-centered shepherd who has a genuine heart for the church.
• Can work alongside Deacons and church teams.
• Has a heart for the Great Commission and how it connects to our city, state, nation, and globe.
• Consumed with the glory of God and that His name be made great.
