Online students have the same online library access as students attending a physical campus. You can always call the library at 1-888-442-8715 (toll free) or send an email to the Director of Library Services. In some online courses, an embedded librarian is available to help you with your library related assignments. To learn about having items sent to you from a campus library, read about Bookbag requests. To find articles and books available online, use the SeekFirst text box at the top of the library resources home page.
Once enrolled, all students have 24/7 access to phone support for any technical issues they may encounter. For degree planning and other common student questions, students may contact Gateway Online by emailing [email protected]. For help with issues regarding class content, students can expect prompt and personal attention from their professors.
